By far, Yuji’s is consistently one of our favourite Japanese sushi and tapas restaurants in Kits. They’ve got creative flavour combinations that are surprising tasty, they always use fresh ingredients, and they NEVER serve farmed fish! And don’t be surprised if you get a personal greeting from Yuji who has been known to come out and socialize with his customers throughout the night. Autograph, please!

If you want something different, look no further! We love the Kiwi Roll – SWEET scallops and TART kiwi. And the tuna sashimi is a definite must-try – Tuna delicately immersed in 3 individual sauces and served in shot glasses. And how about this for “Wow-Factor” – The prosciutto, melon, and cream cheese roll. Sound odd? Yes. Will your taste buds dance around in happiness? YES!

Yuji’s is slightly pricier than your regular average-joe Vancouver sushi bar… But, then again, Yuji’s is anything but average! The food truly is amazing and well-worth a few extra dollars. The atmosphere is casual and unpretentious. The service is quick and friendly. Bottom line: Yuji’s is the perfect recipe for a delightful culinary experience.
